A Taste of Crossville returns to Main Street (on the north side of Taylor Street).  The fun begins at 5:30 PM with local restaurants and caterers offer tastes of their favorite menu items and specialties.  Tickets are $10.00 for adults; $5.00 for children 6 to 12 and under age 5 free.  For more information please contact 931-787-1324 or visit www.downtowncrossvilleinc.com.

Australian blues artist Geoff Achison will be performing at the Palace Theatre as a part of his 2010 summer tour of the United States.  Time - 7:00 PM CST; admission is $15 for adults and $8 for students. Open to all licensed fishermen, Frontier Communications/Hilltoppers Inc. will be sponsoring a bass fishing tournament on Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Entry forms may be picked up at Frontier Communications Business Office or Lake Tansi Marina. Cost is $25 per person if paid by Sept. 1st and includes lunch and boat launch.
