Dearly Departed
09/13/11 - 11/12/11

"Backwoods comedy" in the spirit of The Foreigner and Duck Hunter (but rated PG without the "13" quirkiness of Duck). The good ole Turpin family tries to pull themselves together for a funeral. Problems overshadow the occasion, but eccentric, lovable friends and neighbors help out, and prove living and dying in the South is seldom tidy, and sometimes hilarious. Rated PG. Please contact the Playhouse for more information at 931-484-5000.
