Ozone Falls State Natural Area
Ozone Falls is a pristine setting that has attracted Hollywood filmmakers and was featured in the hit movie The Jungle Book. Today, Ozone Falls remains untouched by urban expansion, a quiet landmark in a bustling community. The gorge area, with its layered rock faces, displays an excellent example of the geologic make-up of the Cumberland Plateau.
Catoosa Wildlife Management Area
Catoosa is a popular location for many hunters throughout the south and features 79,740 acres. Most of the projects on Catoosa are undertaken for just one purpose: wildlife management. The guiding principal of Catoosa has been and continues to be to produce the best hunting and fishing possible for the greatest number of people, while maintaining the quality of productive wildlife. Crossville Centennial Park
The Crossville Centennial Park features 75 acres of championship ball fields, tennis and volleyball courts, a skate park, playgrounds and walking trails.
Cumberland Mountain State Park
The Cumberland Mountain State Park features more than 1,700 acres of rustic parkland, cabins, playgrounds, campsites, hiking trails, an Olympic-size swimming pool and Jack Nicklaus' Bear Trace Golf Course.
Cumberland Trails State Park
The Cumberland Trails State Park is Tennessee's first linear state park with over 230 miles of spectacular views. Black Mountain is the centerpiece of the Cumberland Trail State Park. The mammoth boulders and bluffs of the mountain are humbling while standing beneath, but rise to the heavens when standing on top.
Obed River Park - Arboretum & Trail
The Obed River Park - Arboretum & Trail is a Class I Arboretum and is featured along the course of the paved Obed River Trail adjacent to the Obed River. Meadow Park Lake
Meadow Park Lake is a 270-acre fishing lake with fishing pier, boat storage, and boat ramp. The lake is open year-around, with seasonal RV or tent camping, boat rentals, cabin rentals, picnic shelters, and a camp store. For more information, please call 931-788-2034.
