Chamber Networking Opportunities

The Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce provides multiple ongoing network event opportunities for you to build on relationships with other members. These opportunities allow you to share more about yourself and your business as well as learn more about other businesses in the area.

Join local business leaders for Coffee and Commerce. Take a break and enjoy some networking with your favorite cup of coffee. Hear what’s going on in the community and share what’s going on in your own business.

CHAMBER BUSINESS AFTER HOURS

Held each quarter from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. These networking events bring together an average of 125+ people. Mini display tables are available for members to promote their goods and services at no charge.

GRAND OPENINGS / RIBBON-CUTTINGS

The grand openings/ribbon-cutting ceremonies increase the visibility of new or expanding businesses in the area and are provided free of charge to Chamber members. Attended by Chamber officials and ambassadors, the event is covered in the local newspaper with a photo and article and also on Facebook. Invitations are emailed to various businesses and city/county officials. The event provides free coverage to the host business.

LEGISLATIVE BREAKFAST

The Legislative Breakfast event held in January allows legislators representing Cumberland County an opportunity to present an update on pending and proposed legislation.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The annual membership meeting event features a program and recognition of the Chamber officers and directors. Average attendance of 150+ makes for a good networking opportunity for your business.

NEW MEMBER EVENTS

New member events are scheduled on a regular basis. The new members are introduced and given the opportunity to share their business and services with other members. Membership plaques are given to new members to display at their business. Photos are taken to be submitted to the local newspaper and to be published on the Chamber Facebook page.
